History

Foundation

It was founded in 1921,[2] its sport history is characterized from a continuous alternation between regional championships, national amateurs championships and semiprofessionals.

The return in Serie D and the decline

In the 2012-2013 season, winning the Eccellenza Abruzzo, the team returns in Serie D after 18 years. Unfortunately, the club was relegated right back down to the Eccellenza Abruzzo to play in the 2014-2015 season. After another failed campaign, finishing bottom of the Eccellenza Abruzzo, they were relegated to the Promozione.
