Basavanagudi (ಬಸವನಗುಡಿ) (English Translation: Bull Temple) is a residential and commercial locality in the Indian city of Bangalore. The residential area is located in South Bangalore along the borders of Jayanagar. The name "Basavanagudi" refers to the Bull Temple that is located here.
