Birsel Vardarlı (born July 12, 1984) is a Turkish basketball player. She currently plays for Fenerbahçe İstanbul. She is 175 cm tall and 64 kg weight. The guard also played for Migrosspor between 2005–07.

Vardarli acts as the brains of the storm that is Turkish basketball and adds purpose to the chaos. The Izmir native has a great basketball IQ and uses it to its fullest extent on the court. But on this team there is very little time to think. That makes split-second decision making a critical part of her game. The 23-year-old is never hesitant to take the big shot and she has assumed the role of clutch performer with the National Team. With EuroLeague Women experience under her belt, Vardarli has grown to be even more mature and that should show itself at EuroBasket Women 2007.

She participated at the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almería, Spain and won gold medal with the national team. She capped 105 times for national.

On July 9, 2011, she signed extension contract with the Fenerbahçe İstanbul until 2015.[1][2]
