Brent Roske is a writer / producer who moved from Hollywood, California to Iowa where he hosts a TV show, Roske on Politics (2015 Emmy® Award nominee for Best Politics/ Government Program), currently airing in the Washington D.C. DMA on NBC (Hagerstown, Maryland affiliate) after Meet The Press and on Iowa's ABC5 after This Week.[1][2]

Career

Recently directed a PSA for Justice For Vets starring Martin Sheen and Allison Janney, written by Oscar winner Josh Singer ('Spotlight'). Roske was a creative director at NBC Universal for 9 years and ran for Congress in California's 33rd district. Roske currently hosts the bi-partisan series 'Roske on Politics' (Emmy® Award nominee for Best Politics/ Government Program), featuring conversations with the 2016 Presidential candidates, politicians, journalists, entertainers and community leaders. Roske was nominated for the first Emmy® Award given for broadband entertainment and received a Commemorative Los Angeles Emmy® Award for an NBC sports special.
