Cape Cod Radio Mystery Theater (CCRMT) is a group of voice actors and engineers committed to reviving the art of radio drama. The company was founded by Steven Thomas Oney, who produced the popular series of mysteries featuring Captain Waverly Underhill (voiced by David Ellsworth). These shows aired on radio in Cape Cod during the 1980s and were sold via cassette by several companies which distributed old radio shows. Steven Thomas Oney is an Edgar Allan Poe Award recipient for his work with the Cape Cod Radio Mystery Theater. The latest episodes are entitled Edgar Allan Crow and the Purloined, Purloined Letter which stars Steven Oney, Paula Hersey and Michael Clark, and The Cobra in the Kindergarten, a Captain Waverly Underhill mystery featuring the voices of Wally O'Hara, Dave Ellsworth, and Erik Bartlett. Two more Waverly Underhill mysteries are currently in production.
