The Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems is an agricultural extension program at the University of California, Santa Cruz dedicated to propagating organic farming techniques. Founded by Alan Chadwick in 1967, the program consists of a 2-acre (8,100 m2) garden and a 25-acre (100,000 m2) farm.[1][2][3]
