Ellivuori is a small Finnish tourist center, both during winters and summers.

The success of Ellivuori is a good situation. It is located in the heart of pure nature, though in a central location between Sastamala (20 km) and Tampere (45 km) in the western part of Finland. (The Distance to Turku is about 135 km and to Helsinki 225 km.)

Hotel Ellivuori

Hoterl Ellivuori is a little Finnish countryside hotel with capacity of 315 persons, total capacity (with extra beds) of over 400 people. The restaurant has place for 150 customers.

Hotel Ellivuori became famous in February 2011 due to a YouTube video that depicted the contrast between the hotel's promising web page and the grim reality of the hotel rooms.

Ellivuori Ski Center

The Ellivuori Ski Center located right next to the hotel, has six slopes, floodlight in the evenings.

The necessary equipment is rentable in the Ski Center .

Ellivuori Ski Team

Ellivuori Ski Team is a special society for alpine skiing. Its home slope is Ellivuori. The whole action of the society is pointed to juniors. Trainings for juniors are organized three times per week by two coaches.

Lakeside Golf Academy

The winter training center of Lakeside Golf Academy is situated by Hotel Ellivuori. Lakeside Golf & Country Club has 36-hole cource in summer on the other side of Rautavesi.

Snowmobile

Snowmobile routes around Ellivuori are organized by 'Häijään ja Vammalan moottorikelkkailijat' From Ellivuori south the tracks to Vammala and Sammaljoki are organized by 'Vammalan moottorikelkkailijat'.
