Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Eve Shelnutt (born 1941 in Spartanburg, South Carolina;[1] died: April 7, 2015[2]) was an American poet and writer of short stories. She lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Athens, Ohio, and Worcester, Massachusetts. Over the course of her career, she taught at Western Michigan University[3] University of Pittsburgh,[4] Ohio University,[5] and The College of the Holy Cross.

M.F.A., University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Studied with Fred Chappell under the auspices of The Randall Jarrell Fellowship.

B.A., University of Cincinnati.
