Summary
Water conservation (anti-vandal) mechanism added to many locks on the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birmingham_Canal_Navigations" class="extiw" title="en:Birmingham Canal Navigations">Birmingham Canal Navigations</a> in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/England" class="extiw" title="en:England">England</a>. A key is needed to withdraw the large bolt which prevents the paddle spindle from turning. This one is on Ryders Green No. 3 lock on the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walsall_Canal" class="extiw" title="en:Walsall Canal">Walsall Canal</a>.
