Summary

High-rise office building of the Axel Springer publishing house at Axel-Springer-Straße No. 56, here seen from Rudi-Dutschke-Straße. The building was constructed from 1959 to 1966 to designs by the architects Melchiorre Bega, Gino Franzi, Franz Heinrich Sobottka, and Gustav Müller. From 1992 to 1994 an annex was erected at right angles (on the right). The original part of the building complex has been designated as a cultural heritage monument.
