Summary

A anchored, buoying cardinal mark (east) in pressure of ice. Notice the blue reflectors on black areas of the mark. Picture taken in front of South Harbor in Helsinki, Finland in March in an icy winter. While taking this picture, the sea was open few miles ahead. This kind of light, buoying cardinal marks may move with ice or be under ice. Therefore their locations (and even existence) is checked every spring.
