Unveiled in 2001, it depicts "Margaret Ball, a former Mayoress of Dublin who gave refuge to priest in her home, was arrested during the celebration of Mass, and died in prison in 1584 at the age of 69 years. Francis Taylor, also a former Mayor of Dublin, was 71 years old when he passed away in prison in 1621, having been jailed for seven years without charge or trial."
