Summary
Antonín Dvořák's Biblícké Písně (Biblical Songs) Op. 99 (1884). Book 1 containing Songs 1-5. While Dvorak later orchestrated the work, this the complete original piano-and-voice version.
While the massacre of the original music to fit the German and English is appalling, it does contain the original Czech, and the original music for the Czech. The German and English should probably be considered only as a translation.
This is the first five songs (out of ten), the other five are printed in a second volume I have not yet tracked down.
I haven't been able to find Book 2, unfortunately.
