Japanese War Minister <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hisaichi_Terauchi" class="extiw" title="en:Hisaichi Terauchi">Hisaichi Terauchi</a> (1879–1946, right) countercharging Rep. Kunimatsu Hamada’s speech accusing military interference in politics. The dialogue (known as the Hara-kiri Argument) would lead the government head by Prime Minister <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koki_Hirota" class="extiw" title="en:Koki Hirota">Kōki Hirota</a> (1878–1948, in office 1936–37, back) to resignation.
