I release this photo, which I took
It is a 20 foot high monolith of Wicklow granite, with the names of 149 seamen who lost their lives on neutral Irish ships during the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emergency" class="extiw" title="en:The Emergency">en:The Emergency</a> 1939-1945.
the 200-year-old anchor stands 17 foot tall.
