Summary
Found at the station's website (cropped from the logo image and converted from GIF to PNG; this source image has long since been deleted, however), this is a former logo for KQCW-DT/CW12, used during the station's use of that branding (2006-2007; the station then became CW 12/19, and is now Tulsa CW). This image is copyright KQCW and Griffin Communications, and hence is not free. However, it is used under fair use as described below:
