Bridge on the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meridian_Highway" class="extiw" title="w:Meridian Highway">Meridian Highway</a> in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierce_County,_Nebraska" class="extiw" title="w:Pierce County, Nebraska">Pierce County, Nebraska</a>; seen from the southwest. The bridge now carries county road 552 across the North Fork of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elkhorn_River" class="extiw" title="w:Elkhorn River">Elkhorn River</a>. It is part of a 4.5-mile (7.2 km) segment of the highway that is listed in the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Register_of_Historic_Places" class="extiw" title="w:National Register of Historic Places">National Register of Historic Places</a>. The bridge was constructed in 1915 by the Canton Bridge Company; it features <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truss_bridge" class="extiw" title="w:Truss bridge">Warren pony trusses</a>.
