- Note:Originally this sign was posted to celebrate the centennial but after the centennial celebration had finished, the owner of the sign (Trailwagons) removed the centennial dates and words and painted in its place "the Palm Springs". I have the original sign shown on home video and I do find it interesting that it shows the dates 1885-1985, but from what I've read here they state 1986 as being the Centennial year??.<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Mrhyak" class="extiw" title="en:User:Mrhyak">Mrhyak</a> 06:56, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
