Gangapur City Railway Station is the B-Grade station on Delhi-Bombay rail route in Gangapur city.It is best source of nearby minor cities and villages.

Gangapur city station established by English gentlemens.Gangapur city was well known his loco shade and yard.since 1947 Gangapur. city has Divisional Headquarters but at present loco shade has wasted and Divisional Headquarters had been shifted kota since 1948.Gangapur city has loco pilot and guard lobby.This station well known his old station कुशालगढ.. but due to unforeseen circumstances this station change according to time.

Before year 2003 gangapur city station had included in WESTERN railway zone. IN 2003 its include in west central railway zone of kota division.

The First electric line on Delhi-Mumbai track was Mathura to Gangapur city.
