Fallon recognizes how unfair she has been to Jeff in the past and apologizes to him. The hacker is revealed to be seeking intel on Liam and his investigation, not Fallon Unlimited.
75 11 "A Public Forum for Her Lies" Jay Karas Liz Sczudlo July 23, 2021 (2021-07-23) 0.25[92]

An outdoor funeral is underway and there are many candidates for who is in the casket. Flashbacks play out: Liam and Fallon are held hostage by Lofflan, the senator's chief of staff and ringleader of the trading fraud; Anders dispatches the crooks with Secret Service panache, but is injured in the process; Abbott and his thug beat up Michael after he tries to offset their money-laundering scheme; Blake attempts to land his private jet when the pilot is disabled; Cristal requires immediate surgery; Jeff plans a dangerous ColbyCo venture into space; Kirby overdoses in a flophouse after Oliver bails. In the end, it is Anders who dies, distracted by pain in his ribs and losing control of his car. After his service, Fallon and Sam find Kirby barely alive.
78 14 "But I Don't Need Therapy" Brandi Bradburn Aubrey Villalobos Karr August 13, 2021 (2021-08-13) 0.33[95]
Weeks after Anders's death, acceptance is in short supply. Kirby leaves the hospital in complete denial, falling off the wagon when she tries to model at the Designer Institute Ball. Blake is grateful for Cristal's recovery, but realizes he cannot build Primetime Private Air on the up and up. Adam co-opts Alzheimer's research at the hospital to create a dynasty of his own. Dominique and Jeff advise each other on far-fetched undertakings (hers in promotion; his with tech rival Nolan). Michael and Sam are eaten away by paranoia over Abbott's criminal activities. Fallon breaks down when she confronts her own sense of loss. Kirby finally visits her father's grave. After a heartfelt talk with Anders's spirit, she resolves to enter rehab and pull her life together.
79 15 "She Lives in a Showplace Penthouse" Heather Tom Katrina Cabrera Ortega August 20, 2021 (2021-08-20) 0.29[96]
Fallon and Alexis vie for a penthouse in the exclusive Solitaire high-rise, sabotaging each other at every turn. Sam and Michael stage a desperate electrical accident to slow Abbott down. It backfires when the crime boss deduces their ploy. Dr. Adam steps in (guided by a warped sense of brotherhood) and lets a coding Abbott die in the hospital, freeing the La Mirage partners from the mob once and for all. Blake takes his turn being counseled by Anders's ghost to face off against Senator North over land rights. Dominique caters to Cristal's need for confidence while advancing the Deveraux fashion brand. Fallon relinquishes the suite when she realizes her mother only wants to live there to be closer to her and Adam. Blake announces a bid for Georgia's open senate seat.
80 16 "The British Are Coming" Grant Show David M. Israel August 27, 2021 (2021-08-27) 0.18[97]
Touted acclaim for Liam's exposé does not extend to the Carringtons (including his wife) who are too absorbed by their own endeavors. Fallon seeks to quell competing offers for Dominique's line and land it on her own shopping network. Cristal chases down hundreds of signatures needed to secure Blake's entry in the senate race. Michael heeds Anders's other worldly criticism concerning a lack of guilt over Abbott's demise. Alexis is pursued around Atlanta by a young British blonde who turns out to be her secret daughter, Amanda (visiting to obtain answers about her true parentage). All comes to a head during Blake's press conference: Fallon and Adam react badly to learning of their new sister; Dom keeps business in the family; a stood-up Liam wins a journalism award and thoughtful attention from Fallon's attractive new assistant, Eva.
81 17 "Stars Make You Smile" Michael A. Allowitz Jason Ganzel September 3, 2021 (2021-09-03) 0.22[98]
Amanda is impressive. She's an Oxford-educated attorney with little tolerance for manipulation. Blake suspects he may actually be her biological father and squares off against Alexis to confirm it. Jeff loses his cool during a podcast interview rather than admit to set-backs in ColbyCo's space race. Kirby's sobriety has her making too many amends to unreceptive Adam and not enough to Sam. Fallon is matched play by play in an attempted company takeover by a taunting Colin. Michael brainstorms use of offshore rigs to launch Jeff's rockets. Amanda has choice words for both "parents" when swiped DNA reveals her to be a Carrington. Neglected Liam is drawn closer to Eva - as Fallon is to Colin after she barely defeats his ingenious buyout.
82 18 "A Good Marriage in Every Sense" Elizabeth Gillies Bryce Schramm September 10, 2021 (2021-09-10) 0.26[99]
Sibling relations test the family. Cristal's brother, Beto, resurfaces from Mexico to gain help incarcerating their racketeer father (and seduce Sam); Blake seeks Dominique's sway with Atlanta's black community to further his senatorial bid; Fallon and Adam ally to exploit claustrophobia and rumored dirt on Amanda that will send her packing. Elsewhere, flash drives from Anders lead Kirby to a dossier on the Carringtons, while Eva and Colin's ploys prompt the newlywed Ridleys to sleep in separate bedrooms. Dom brokers deals for Jeff and Michael to back Blake's campaign. Amanda's no-nonsense confession of having a career-damaging lesbian affair with a judge causes Fallon to call a humbled truce. Beto swears revenge when Cristal is put in charge of the Flores cartel.
83 19 "Everything Looks Wonderful, Joseph" Brandon Lott Libby Wells September 17, 2021 (2021-09-17) 0.25[100]
Dominique's ex, Brady Lloyd, shows up at her studio. He explains he ran out years ago to protect her from his creditors and wins her back. Sam spins a reporter's scoop about Abbott's death, only to see the article rewritten as a hit piece on La Mirage. Adam tampers with a contract Amanda is drafting for Primetime Private Air but she turns the tables on him, joining his hospital's legal team. Fallon numbs her troubles with pot edibles creating a Capra-esque hallucination of the Carringtons if she had no ambition. Guided by Anders, she realizes that a simpler life may not be so wonderful. Jeff learns Dom and Brady never divorced; Blake and Amanda bond; Liam states he's the spouse who needs to change, not Fallon. He rides off, breaking her heart.
84 20 "You Vicious, Miserable Liar" Robbie Countryman Elaine Loh September 24, 2021 (2021-09-24) 0.30[101]
Fallon jets to LA to meet with an acclaimed New Age marriage mediator (bringing along Sam to portray an absent Liam and Kirby for distraction). Enlightenment comes when she accepts Liam truly needs space away from her. Michael maneuvers Blake to make campaign promises giving aid to communities Carrington Atlantic has harmed. Jeff's neurotoxin symptoms return as he sells ColbyCo assets to fund Mars flights. Trials for Adam's new drug are stalled when Amanda finds liability issues for the hospital. Cristal intervenes on his behalf, fueling more fire for the siblings' feud. Eva gaslights the lie that Liam wants a divorce, causing Fallon to hook up with Colin for a hot night she will probably regret.
85 21 "Affairs of State and Affairs of the Heart" Geoff Shotz Liz Sczudlo September 24, 2021 (2021-09-24) 0.21[101]
Adam is put on the spot when Dr. Larson, biochemist of the drug formula he plagiarized, comes back to claim the research. Colin advises Fallon to keep their tryst a secret, which proves difficult when she attends a couples retreat with Liam that includes blindfolded wall scaling and truth tents. Alexis is revealed to be in league with Brady to seize Dominique's business. Lt. Governor Lipnicki offers Blake the land for PPA's airfield if he drops out of the election. Kirby shares her diary of Carrington skeletons with Michael. Jeff is off his meds. Cristal plays on Blake's lust for power (planting rumors of a Presidential appointment) to keep him in the race. Fallon intends to come clean about Colin but Eva sees to it that Liam learns of the fling first. The tearful Ridleys seem to part for good.
86 22 "Filled with Manipulations and Deceptions" Pascal Verschooris Josh Reims & Garrett Oakley October 1, 2021 (2021-10-01) 0.22[102]
The "Sahara Club Shootout" frames numerous Carrington cliffhangers. Fallon gets hip to Eva's schemes when Amanda helps uncover the assistant's history of stalking and obsession with Liam (followed by a knockdown brawl between employer and fired employee). Dr. Larson has an upper hand until Adam apparently throws him off a balcony. Jeff suffers a psychotic break and rampages after Brady. Blake and Cristal curb Beto's efforts to derail the senate race by moving the Flores empire to Atlanta. Alexis is jailed for Larson's murder in a red designer gown. Sam emulates Anders's calm demeanor and pulls off an impressive gala for Blake's campaign at the new club until Jeff, Beto, and Eva each show up uninvited with guns. A shot is fired. Fallon is struck by the bullet and falls into Liam's arms.

Amanda starts to gather evidence that Adam (not her mother) murdered Dr. Larson. Blake manipulates the press (again). Beto sees possibilities in a trashy doppelgänger of Cristal. The annual Carrington gala hosts a wealth of new partnerships; some desired, some forced. Blake teams with Cristal to coerce a deal for PPA's airfield before Beto kidnaps and replaces her with an impeccably coached Rita. Fallon is put on medical leave by her board so she installs Jeff as the company's CEO, using the break to reheat passion with Liam. Sam and Kirby try in vain to help Culhane find a soulmate. Amanda tracks footage from a drone that exonerates both her mother and Adam of Dr. Larson's (shockingly accidental) death. Alexis is released from prison in time to attend the gala where she makes Adam sign over his promising business, then connects with handsome investor Farnsworth "Dex" Dexter.

Crisis triggers romance and heartache in the Carrington manor. PPA business trumps marriage when Cristal goes over Blake's head to strike a game-changing deal with Sonya. Amanda's heated battles with Adam at the hospital draw her and Kirby closer together at home. Liam realizes his film's storyline reflects buried history with Culhane and makes amends before production wraps. Home invaders force Alexis and Fallon to spend a night locked in a panic room where they level up about their insecurities as mother and daughter and how to face the future. When safe and free, Alexis accepts an engagement ring from Dex and Fallon reveals to Liam that she can never carry a baby due to scarring from her gunshot wound.

Fallon schemes to have Blake's airport go "Morell green" by unleashing environmentalists (and an endangered tortoise) on the property. Cristal shuts her down but offers a keen compromise that benefits all. Sam is convinced that Sasha is the wrong woman for Culhane and relies on tarot cards to prove it. Would-be parents Liam and Fallon opt to try surrogacy. Dominique asks Jeff to rethink his crusade against corrupt CEOs. Amanda and Kirby find some alone time when they stow away on a PPA jet. Liam's rich mother, Laura, swoops back into Atlanta. She guilts her son, taunts Fallon, and strong-arms Adam until an overdose of cosmetic injectables leaves her dead, impaled on a stiletto heel.

Another family wedding stirs more chaos than bliss. The bride, Alexis, tries to smooth over her tarnished reputation with Dex's father, Samir, by inviting both exes (Blake and Jeff) to the ceremony. Fallon shuffles her search for the perfect surrogate and business negotiations between duties as Matron of Honor. Dominique crashes the reception to show off her portfolio. Blake, Cristal, and Sam rule out potential enemies among the guests including paroled Claudia Blaisdel, who slips by security with a coffee mug for Alexis. Adam's plot to break up Kirby and Amanda is thwarted when they announce their relationship during the champagne toast. Blake's hated brother, Ben, enters and takes a punch from his sibling as the party ends.
101 15 "Ben" Brandon Lott Bryce Schramm June 24, 2022 (2022-06-24) 0.25[117]
Ben Carrington is a shrewd, dashing art dealer out to prove he did not cause his mother's death some twenty years prior (a notion Blake will not consider). Fallon gets so paranoid when her pregnant surrogate Stacey goes on an archaeology dig that she turns to Adam to help sabotage it. Dominique is swayed to hear Ben's agenda. Jeff enlists Amanda to track the owner of ColbyCo's lost holdings, but she withholds information after learning it is Blake. When Sam is not invited to "Lance Bash", he becomes an irrational diva tasking Culhane and Kirby to stage a last minute Gay Pride gala at the Sahara Club. Ben is foiled at pinning a Vermeer forgery on Blake, so he sues for half of the dynasty instead.

The Carrington women clash on how to obtain attorney files that can be used against Blake in the upcoming estate case (Fallon leans towards theft, Cristal to bargaining). Adam steps in for an ailing Alexis at her shopping network broadcast, but she mistakenly suspects he poisoned her to do so. Liam experiences writer’s block. Ben dupes Dominique to leak a fake legal strategy that misleads Blake. Culhane dives into an affair with Geneva Abbott, widow of the racketeer he and Sam electrocuted. Fallon sees underhanded methods won’t leave a positive legacy, so she chooses Cristal as a mentor and her unborn child's godmother. Alexis steals Kirby's incriminating dossier on the family and gives it to Ben.

The bench trial for the dynasty centers on an alleged note Ben left for Blake on the night their mother drowned. Witnesses include Heather (Fallon and Steven’s hot nanny who was Blake’s mistress), Alexis (produces the note), Fallon (proves Blake never saw it), and Kirby (verifies it was hidden in Anders’s files). The will that disinherited Ben is upheld, though he is absolved by Judge Drexel of deliberate negligence. Jeff and Culhane aid Kirby in retrieving her diary, which she burns. Liam ghost-writes an essay for his mentor’s nephew. Dominique wins a contract to design airline uniforms. Guilt over Leo Abbott’s demise causes Culhane to part with Geneva. Ben rejects Blake's amends and vows reprisal. Fallon finds Adam and Stacey kissing.

Six months have passed. Liam struggles to meet the deadline on his book so he checks into La Mirage where he gains film noir nightmares but no new pages. Culhane and Nina resume their adversarial relationship at The Biggest Payday premiere until Dominique pushes them to realize they are actually in love. Jeff hacks into PPA’s mainframe to force Blake to sell back ColbyCo assets (which Cristal and Amanda arrange without Blake's approval). Adam's intense romance with Stacey warps him into risking her pregnancy so Fallon will help reinstate him at the hospital. Professor Kingston suddenly dies leaving behind a brilliant, unpublished manuscript that Liam considers claiming as his own work.

Fallon squares off against Atlanta snob Mandy Von Dunkel who opposes a racy bachelor auction that will benefit Heroic Hooves, an equestrian charity. Alexis and Dex argue over how to handle the FDA's investigation into Adam's dangerous injectables. Liam submits the novel he did not write to his publisher despite Sam's disapproval. Dominique is threatened by a stalker and assigned a hunky, overzealous bodyguard. Even with Culhane, Sam, and Liam up for bid, Fallon's event nearly fails until Jeff raises the ante and donations roll in, besting Mandy's browbeats. Blake fixes Adam's problem by switching drug samples, but Alexis is done with her son’s betrayals and turns him over to DEA agents.

Blake works to clear Adam's name, but Cristal grows concerned about the effects Adam's scandal will have on PPA and Flores. Alexis seeks to strengthen her connection with Fallon and Amanda, who see Alexis in a new light after they take a roadtrip to Charleston and see the house Alexis built for her children before Blake bribed a judge for sole custody. Sam reconnects with his ex, Ryan, and learns that La Mirage is used for an illegal sex-ring operation. Sam and Michael devise a plan to make the problem go away, and Sam and Ryan reunite. Jeff is hurt to discover Kirby kept quiet about Blake's acquisition of ColbyCo assets, and Amanda is upset that Kirby used her name to threaten a nurse. Meanwhile, Jeff's girlfriend, Gemma, is a double-agent for Plenexia, and Blake finally evicts Adam from the manor.

Meanwhile, Sam and Ryan break up when Sam is unable to commit; Stacey discovers Adam put her pregnancy at risk; and Jeff learns that Gemma orchestrated the robbery at Dom's loft. At the shower, Stacey accidentally reveals that the baby will be a girl. Additionally, Blake deals with a crisis that involves a missing PPA aircraft which Dex was on; Kirby and Amanda's discussion about the future is interrupted by the arrival of Amanda's ex, Florence; and the new majordomo, Graham, kidnaps Adam to make him pay for all those he hurt.

Six months later, everyone gathers at the manor for Culhane's wedding. Fallon rebrands her company as "Carrington United" with Blake's approval. Liam is now a children's book author, has included a disclaimer by him in his mentor's book, and is taking care of Lauren. Kirby and Amanda agree to live in London together. Dominique and Alexis both open up stores on Bleecker Street. Jeff sets up ColbyCo's new headquarters in Nigeria as he advises Dominique and Alexis to combine their stores.
