Order of Friendship (Chinese: 友谊勋章, pinyin: yǒuyì xūnzhāng) is People's Republic of China's highest order of honor. On December 27, 2015, the National People's Congress passed a law establishing two national orders, Order of Republic and Order of Friendship. The order will be constituted in January 1, 2016. It is unknown whether Order of Republic can be awarded to foreigners or not, but Order of Friendship is exclusively reserved for foreigners.[1][2]
