Demographics

As of the census of 2000, there were 103 people, 32 households, and 30 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 67.1 people per square mile (25.8/km²). There were 37 housing units at an average density of 24.1 per square mile (9.3/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 37.86% White, 62.14% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 90.29% of the population.

There were 32 households out of which 56.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% were married couples living together, 12.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 6.3% were non-families. 6.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.22 and the average family size was 3.23.

In the CDP the population was spread out with 34.0% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 28.2% from 25 to 44, 20.4% from 45 to 64, and 9.7% who were 65 years of age or older.
