Seaquest State Park is a 475-acre (192 ha) Washington state park located on Silver Lake in Cowlitz County. The park is home to the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center, which offers displays on the Mount St. Helens volcanic eruption of 1980.[2] Mount St. Helens itself is approximately 44 miles (71 km) east of the park.

Activities and amenities

Park activities include picnicking, camping, hiking on 7 miles (11 km) of trails (including 1 mile (1.6 km) of ADA-accessible trail), birdwatching, and horseshoes. The park's campground has standard, partial, and full hookup campsites. The park offers over 1 mile (1.6 km) of lake shoreline;[2] however, Silver Lake is better known for its wetlands trail and boat launch and is not a considerable swimming spot.
