Su Fei was a military general serving under the warlord Liu Biao during the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history. He was a subordinate of Huang Zu and fought in the Battle of Xiakou against Sun Quan's forces. Sun Quan wanted to put him to death after winning the battle, but Gan Ning pleaded for his life, saying that Su saved him from Huang Zu's wrath earlier, and Sun agreed.

In fiction

In Luo Guanzhong's historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, during the Battle of Xiakou, Su Fei defended a gate that protected Cai Mao and his naval fleet. He was killed by Taishi Ci in the battle.
