The Pirate is a 1978 American TV movie directed by Ken Annakin. It is based on the novel with the same title written by Harold Robbins.[1][2]
It was broadcast by CBS in two parts November 21–22, 1978.[3][4]

Plot
An Israeli man, raised by a wealthy and powerful Arab, is put in charge of his country's vast oil fortunes. He comes into conflict with a fanatical terrorist group--headed by his daughter.
