Company history

The company was founded in 2008 specializing in software as a service. Six members of the founding management team previously worked together to form Engineering Animation, Inc.[1][better source needed] In 2010, the Workiva cloud-based SEC reporting platform was marketed to companies for the collection and reporting of business data.

Products
