Albanian Supercup 1990 is the 2nd edition of the Albanian Supercup since its establishment in 1989. The match was contested between the Albanian Cup 1990 winners KS Flamurtari and the 1989–90 Albanian Superliga champions Dinamo Tirana.
Dinamo Tirana won the Supercup by penalties with result 5-4, after regular and extra time ended 3-3.
