Football Club Internazionale Milano took part in season 2009–10 in the Italian Serie A. They also took part in the UEFA Champions League, the Coppa Italia, and the Supercoppa Italiana.

Inter had the greatest season in their history completing a historic Treble of Serie A, Coppa Italia and UEFA Champions League, becoming the sixth European club to complete the treble and the first Italian club to achieve this feat.[1]

  • 4 January: Inter signed Goran Pandev on a four-year contract.
  • 6 January: Goran Pandev made his debut with Inter against Chievo in Serie A.
  • 6 January: Patrick Vieira played his last match as an Inter player against Chievo in Serie A before joining Manchester City on a six-month deal.
  • 9 January: Alen Stevanović made his debut with Inter against Siena in Serie A.
  • 16 January: Goran Pandev scored his first goal for Inter against Bari in Serie A.
  • 1 February: McDonald Mariga signed for Inter, on co-ownership with Parma.
  • 3 February: McDonald Mariga made his debut with Inter against Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia.
  • 24 April: McDonald Mariga scored his first goal for Inter against Atalanta in Serie A.
  • 24 April: Cristian Chivu scored his first goal for Inter against Atalanta in Serie A.
  • 28 April: Inter reached UEFA Champions League Final for the first time after 38 years.
  • 5 May: Inter won the Coppa Italia for the sixth time, defeating Roma in the final 1–0.
  • 16 May: Inter won the Serie A for the 18th time, defeating Siena in the final matchday 1–0, and to total 82 points, two above second-placed Roma.
  • 22 May: Inter won the UEFA Champions League, defeating Bayern Munich 2–0 in the final at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Both goals were scored by striker Diego Milito. Inter completed their Treble to become the first Italian team to achieve the feat.
