The 2010–11 Utah Jazz season was the 32nd season of the franchise in Salt Lake City, and the 37th overall in the National Basketball Association (NBA). On February 10, 2011, legendary Jazz head coach Jerry Sloan resigned in the middle of the season. Tyrone Corbin was named the new head coach. On February 23, 2011, the Jazz traded star player Deron Williams to the New Jersey Nets for two 1st round draft picks (New Jersey's 2011 and Golden State's conditional 2012) and players, Derrick Favors and Devin Harris.
