The 2011–12 season will be Wrexham's fourth consecutive year in the Conference National since their relegation from the Football League. This article will show statistics and list details of all matches played by the club during the season.

Before the game at Grimbsy Town, manager Dean Saunders resigned to become manager of Championship club Doncaster Rovers. Andy Morrell was named temporary player-coach, but was later appointed as full-time manager.[1]
