Acacia leptopetala is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Great Southern, Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The dense shrub typically grows to a height of 1.0 to 3.0 metres (3.3 to 9.8 ft) and produces yellow flowers from November to January.
