Mohamed Diab Al-Attar (Arabic: محمد دياب العطار, born Alexandria, November 17, 1927), known as Ad-Diba, is a former footballer who played for the Egypt national football team.

He scored four goals in the final of the 1957 African Cup of Nations, which is still a record.[1][2][3] He also scored the winning goal in Egypt's semi-final victory over Sudan.[4]

After retiring as a player, Ad-Diba became a noted referee, officiating at the final of the 1968 Africa Cup of Nations.[5]

In 2007 he was included in an initial list by the Confederation of African Football of the top 200 African footballers of all time.[6]
