Municipalities of Montenegro

Montenegro is composed of 23 municipalities (opština / општина), the Old Royal Capital Cetinje and the Podgorica Capital City. Podgorica also has two subdivisions - urban municipalities (градска општина / gradska opština).

The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro is a national association of local authorities of Montenegro.[5]
