The Alexandra Line was a short branch line in Victoria, Australia that connected with the line to Mansfield at Cathkin.[1] The station was originally called Alexandra Road and had a post office operating there from 14/5/1891 until it was renamed Alexandra Road PO c.1902.
The branch was closed in 1978, at the same time as the Mansfield Line.[2] It is now preserved as part of the Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail.
The Alexandra Timber Tramway and Museum have occupied the station buildings since the 1970s[3] and after the line was closed, run a museum dedicated to the timber industry in the local area.
