American Food Processor

The American Food Processor is a food cutting and processing device manufactured by the American Electric Corporation. These devices were manufactured in Culver City, California, in the United States of America.[1] The American Food Processor consists of several parts, including the base (which contains the motor), a bowl to put the food in for processing, two blade attachments, and a bowl cover with a tube used to add more food into the bowl while the device is running. The device has only one speed setting and is turned on simply by rotating the bowl into a locked position. The American Food Processor is American Electric Corporation Model 8000.

The motor in the device is rated at 0.25 horsepower (0.19 kW) and runs on 120 volt current at a rating of 5 amperes and a cycle of 60 Hz.
