Andrew Liao

Andrew Liao Cheung-sing, GBS, SC, JP (Chinese: 廖長城; born c. 1950, Hong Kong), is a Senior Counsel in Hong Kong. He has been a non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 2002. His ancestry is Wuhua Hakka. Martin Liao is his younger brother.
Education
He studied at the Ying Wa College. He was graduated LLB from the University of Hong Kong and LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, the University of London.[1]
