  3. Arrondissement of Morlaix, (subprefecture: Morlaix) with 60 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 122,873 in 1990, and was 121,331 in 1999, a decrease of 1.25%.
  4. Arrondissement of Quimper, (prefecture of the Finistère department: Quimper) with 82 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 290,418 in 1990, and was 296,012 in 1999, an increase of 1.93%.
