Ashur Jordan Tolliver (born January 24, 1988) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Career
Tolliver attended Sylvan Hills High School in Sherwood, Arkansas and played college baseball at both the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Oklahoma City University. He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the fifth round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft. He was called up to the majors for the first time on May 23, 2016.[1] He made a bare-handed catch on a line drive the week prior.[2] After several dissapointing outings, he was optioned to the AAA Baltimore affiliate Norfolk Tides on June 1.
