Its stated mission is to represent and serve the interests of its members, Americans between the ages of 18 and 35. AYA offers exclusive discounts on products and services to its members while also engaging in lobbying activities on their behalf with the expressed purpose of creating financial opportunity for Young Americans.
AYA's lobbying efforts are non-partisan and provides educational information through its website, along with public forums, to foster debate among young Americans and through which they can consider public policy issues.
