Averna (company)

Averna is a privately owned test engineering software, solutions, and services company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It developed Proligent, an enterprise test software solution for electronic product design and testing. The company built the software to interface with programming tools TestStand and LabVIEW by virtual instrumentation pioneer National Instruments.
The company was founded in 1999, received its ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002[citation needed], and became a CSIA Certified Member in 2005[citation needed], the same year it won a Frost & Sullivan award.[citation needed] Averna is a National Instruments Alliance Partner[citation needed] and Agilent Channel Partner.[citation needed] Averna is registered as Averna Technologies in Canada, and as Averna Corp. in the United States.
