BC Brno (Basketball Club Brno / Czech: Basketbalový Klub Brno) is a Czech professional basketball club based in the city of Brno. They used to play in the Czech National Basketball League - the highest competition in the Czech republic. A European powerhouse during the 60s and until the mid 70s, they lost two Euroleague finals in 1964 and 1968. In 1974, the loss in the Saporta Cup final against Crvena Zvezda meant the end of a golden era for the club in the european competitions.
