Bankrobber London
Bankrobber is the only dealership in the UK to salvage and preserve Banksy Street Works for sale onto the open market. Due to the threat of legal redress and restriction bought about by "Pest Control" (Banksy's self-appointed authentication board) works removed from their original location cannot be authenticated as Banksy's; however, with ten years of experience and expertise, Robin Barton, the founder and proprietor of Bankrobber, has successfully brought several significant works to market.
Local communities are often upset by attempts to remove and profit from street art works, which are often very popular in local neighbourhoods and can become tourist attractions.

Early years
The business was founded by Robin Barton and started life in Notting Hill London in 2007. The name of the business came from the Clash Song Bankrobber.
Slave Labour and other Banksy walls
Bankrobber and Barton were responsible for the sale of Slave Labour (mural) in 2013. Bankrobber has sold several other Banksy Walls and were responsible for the salvage and restoration of two Banksy's from the West Bank Bethlehem, Wet Dog and Stop and Search.[1][2]

Spy Booth
Recently Barton and Bankrobber have helped with the preservation of Banksy's Spy Booth in Cheltenham in its original location [4]
Art Buff
Barton and Bankrobber also removed and preserved the Banksy work known as Art Buff. This piece has since been shown at the Miami Art Basel.[5]
