Barbara Mandel

Barbara A Mandel was named to the Ohio Women's Hall of Fame[1] in 1985.[2] She was elected to two terms as President of the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), which is the oldest Jewish women’s organization in the country.[2] Barbara Mandel in connection with her husband Morton through their Morton and Barbara Mandel Family Foundation[3] gave a $10 million dollar gift to the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in 2014.[4][5][6]
