Elisa Hendrik "Beb" Bakhuys (16 April 1909 – 7 July 1982) was a Dutch football player and manager.

Club career

He became the second Dutch player to play outside of the country[2] when he signed for FC Metz in 1937, in a move which ended his international career. The first Dutch national to play abroad was goalkeeper Gerrit Keizer.[2] Bakhuys was famous for his diving headers.

International career

Bakhuys scored 28 goals in 23 games for the Dutch national side.[1][3] He represented the Netherlands at the 1934 FIFA World Cup.[4]
