The Bighorn Mountain Wild and Scenic Trail Run is a series of 4 race events held each June in the U.S. state of Wyoming in the Big Horn Mountains. The 4 races are the Bighorn Mountain 30K (30 kilometers), the Bighorn Mountain 50K (50 kilometers), the Bighorn Mountain 50M (Bighorn 50) (50 miles (80 km)), and the Bighorn Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run (Bighorn 100) (100 miles (160 km)). The three longer races are considered ultramarathons. All the races end in Dayton, Wyoming.

The Bighorn Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is an out-and-back with elevations of up to 10,000 feet. The majority of the course is on rugged mountain trails and 4-wheel drive roads.

The Big Horn Trail 100 Mile Run is part of the 100 Mile Rocky Mountain Slam.
