This is the bibliography of American fantasy and science fiction author Brandon Sanderson.

The Cosmere Cycle

Sanderson writes many of his works in an overarching universe known as the Cosmere with series tending to be on different planets within that universe. The works, especially the magic systems within them, are often subtly connected and some characters appear across the various series.[1]

Dark One series

A series about a boy who learns he is destined to destroy the world. The series was announced in December 2014, but no information on number of volumes or release dates were included.[2]

Dragonsteel series

This series will tell the backstory of Hoid, a key figure in the Cosmere.[2]

Elantris series

Mistborn series

In addition to the original trilogy and the Wax and Wayne series, there are at least two other trilogies planned in the Mistborn series.[2][5]

Alloy of Law was originally a standalone work, but became part of a tetrology.[2][5]

Ten books are planned in this series in two five-book cycles.

Stormlight novella

In one of his newsletters, Sanderson explains his desire to write a novella about the character Lift to fill the gap between Stormlight Two and Three.

Warbreaker series

White Sand graphic novel series

White Sand is set on a world where there are Daysiders and Darksiders who each have special abilities related to where they live. The artist and writer for the first volume are Rik Hoskin and Julius Gopez (respectively). The works will be based off an original manuscript by Sanderson.[14]

The Wheel of Time

The books below are the final books of the Wheel of Time series originally written by Robert Jordan, who died before being able to finish his series. Sanderson was chosen by Harriet McDougal, widow and editor for Robert Jordan, to finish the series according to the notes left behind by her husband. Sanderson has the same publisher for most of his works, Tor Books, as the Wheel of Time series.[28]
