Throughout the 20th and early 21st centuries the LGBT movement has openly promoted pedophilia. Pederasty is very prevalent among male homosexuals. It is frequently found among prominent LGBT activists. All over the world LGBT activists have written books and articles advocating abolition of age of consent laws, formed pro-pedophile advocacy groups such as NAMBLA and PIE, held conferences, published periodicals and used every existing form of media to pursue this agenda. They have even carried out large-scale sociological experiments (See Helmut Kentler). They continue to pursue this agenda.
