Cecilia Kang

Cecilia Kang is a journalist at the New York Times as a technology regulation reporter, covering the intersection of tech, media and communications. Prior to that, Kang was correspondent at The Washington Post. She was a reporter for the San Jose Mercury News, covering race, demographics, and high tech industries during her 7 year tenure there. Before that, she covered Wall Street and South Korean politics and economics for Dow Jones Newswires. [1]

Kang is a former employee of global banking corporation BNP Paribas - Asia Pacific, with contact ties to Stratfor, as noted in the Global Intelligence Files of Wikileaks.[2]
