Claire Weaver is a British screenwriter, journalist and short story writer, and a former Magazine Editor and book award judge. She has lived in the USA since 2008.
As a journalist, Weaver is a regular writer for the website Nerd Like You and has written for UK science fiction magazines SciFiNow and Death Ray magazine. She was the Features & Production Editor of the British Science Fiction Association's Matrix Magazine from 2004-2007.
Weaver was a member of the judging panel for the Arthur C. Clarke Award for 2007 and 2008, representing the British Science Fiction Association.
