Countdown (originally known as 6:42) is a 2016 American action film starring Kane, Katharine Isabelle and Dolph Ziggler in his feature film debut. The film is directed by John Stockwell[3] and written by Richard Wenk and Michael Finch[4] and produced by WWE Studios. It was released direct-to-video and Digital HD by Lionsgate on April 5, 2016.[2]

Plot

Ray Thompson, a narcotics cop recently back on duty after a suspension receives a package at the station which leads to a website that shows a madman holding a kid hostage. The kid, however, has explosives strapped to his body. The criminal demands a $2 million ransom, which is then set up by Lt. Cronin, who makes Ray the bagman. When things go for the worst, Ray shoots and kills the madman before he sets the explosives off. With a remaining 6 hours and 42 minutes left, Ray has to team up with Internal Affairs agent Julia Baker to locate the lair where the child is hidden before it's too late.[5]
